1. Professional Use

DentX is a specialized offline management system intended for professional dental practices, clinics, and qualified medical practitioners. By using the software, you represent that you possess the necessary licensing and qualifications to operate a dental practice.

2. Licensing and Activation

Each software license is cryptographically tied to a single unique Hardware ID (HWID). The license is non-transferable without prior support approval. Modification, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized redistribution of activation keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.

3. Offline Operation & Data Responsibility

DentX operates 100% offline. All patient records, clinical data, odontograms, prescriptions, and financial information are stored locally on your machine or local network. Because of this architecture, you are solely responsible for setting up proper database backups. DentX Medical Systems has no access to your data and is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, database corruption, or security breaches of your local system.

4. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring basis. Active subscriptions grant you access to continuous software updates, drug database updates, and priority customer support.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your software license if we find any violation of these terms, including copyright infringement, distribution of unauthorized activation keys, or software tampering.
